Asylum in Denmark

Counselling for asylum seekers
The Asylum Counselling at the Danish Refugee Council offers assistance for all asylum seekers in Denmark. The Council will answer questions about the asylum procedure, the Danish Aliens Act, the rules on deportation and the regulations in the Dublin regulation. Our assistance is based on updated knowledge about refugees’ conditions and rights as well as the areas they’re fleeing from.
