You can contact the Asylum Counselling on telephone 33 73 50 00 Monday through Friday from 9am - 3pm or send questions via e-mail on advice@drc.dk in Danish or English. You can also visit our Wednesday counselling session in Danish or English, which is open to everyone, every Wednesday from 1pm - 3pm (see address below).
Contacts on phone, mail or our Wednesday counselling can only occur in English, unless you are accompanied by a person who can translate.
Meet us in the asylum centre
The Danish Refugee Council visits the Danish asylum centres as often as possible. Here, we offer our counselling and answer questions. Notices about our visits to the asylum centres will be put up prior to the visit. Here you can see when we are coming and in which languages we can offer assistance.
